Position Overview

We are looking for someone with a background in graphic design (preferably branding) who is ready to step into a client-facing role.

 

In this position, you will use your design understanding to speak with leads, take discovery calls, understand what clients need, and guide them toward the right branding solutions. You will be the single point of contact for clients throughout their project cycle.

This role requires someone who understands design deeply, can confidently represent our design thinking, and is excellent in both verbal and written communication.

Compensation Structure​

• Fixed: ₹25,000 per month

• Performance Incentive: 7% revenue share on all collected revenue from the clients you manage.

• Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000+​​
